At Hot Boy Hot Sauce LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. We stand behind our products and take pride in their quality. We understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. (i.e., damaged during shipping).
Please note that we do not accept returns on our products unless the product is unused and unopened.
Hot Boy Hot Sauce LLC will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. Free shipping is for a completed sale only. Once a product is returned to the warehouse, and passes inspection, a prompt refund will be issued for the product purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to assist you with the return/replacement process.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or issue a replacement within 5-7 business days.
