Official Contest Rules: HotBoy Instagram Photo Contest
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
This contest is sponsored by [Hot Boy Hot Sauce LLC] ("Sponsor").
1. Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of [the United States and Canada] who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of [Hot Boy Hot Sauce LLC], its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
2. Contest Period: The contest begins on June 25, 2025 at 12:00am EST and ends on July 4, 2025 at 11:59pm, EST ("Contest Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
Follow [@theofficialhotboy] on Instagram.
Post an original photo or reel on their public Instagram feed featuring HotBoy hot sauce.
Tag [@theofficialhotboy] in the photo.
Use the official contest hashtag: #ShowOffYourHotBoy
4. Photo Requirements:
Photos must be original and created by the entrant.
Photos must not contain any offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Photos must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.
5. Winner Selection: The photo with the highest combined number of likes and shares on Instagram at the end of the Contest Period will be declared the potential winner. In the event of a tie, the Sponsor will select the winner based on random drawing. The Sponsor's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
6. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from [@theofficialhotboy] within [3] days after the Contest Period ends. The potential winner must respond to the notification within [2] days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize: The winner will receive a cash prize of $300 + a special influencer box + hot sauce. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $400. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the prize.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you grant [Hot Boy Hot Sauce LLC] a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your Instagram post (including the photo, username, and caption) in connection with the contest and for promotional and marketing purposes across all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to the Sponsor's social media channels, website, and advertising materials.
9. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the contest or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless [Hot Boy Hot Sauce LLC] and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the contest, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any contest-related activity.

12. Instagram Disclaimer: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any and all liability.
13. Winner's List: To obtain a copy of the winner's list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to HotBoy Hot Sauce LLC, 41 Union Square West, Suite 501, NY. NY, 10003 after July 8, 2025. Requests must be received by July 15, 2025.
