HOTBOY Brunch Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag corn tortilla chips
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, casing removed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa (your fave)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • HotBoy Hot Sauce, to taste
  • Optional toppings: avocado, scallions, sour cream, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Sauté Sausage & Veggies - In a skillet, cook diced onion and bell pepper until soft (5 min). Add breakfast sausage and cook until browned and cooked through. Stir in a good hit of HotBoy Hot Sauce and set aside.
  2. Scramble Eggs - In a non-stick pan, scramble eggs until just set. Season lightly.
  3. Build Your Nachos - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). On a baking sheet or oven-safe platter, layer chips, cooked sausage mix, eggs, and cheddar cheese. Bake 5–7 minutes until melty and golden.
  4. Top It Off - Remove from oven. Spoon on salsa and top with your favorite extras. Finish with a generous drizzle of HotBoy Hot Sauce.
